The Cuban Telecommunications Company (ETECSA) offers the Nauta Hogar PLUS service, which allows users to surf the Internet 24 hours a day without scheduling or time constraints, with increased speed and more options to satisfy their customers.
Available since the beginning of this year only for current Nauta Hogar users and self-employed workers, this service can be accessed through international distributors, and the monthly fee will depend on the contracted speed in foreign currency.
Ever Gell Pelegrín, head of the company’s commercial department, reports that with this offer, the speed purchased will depend on the technical conditions of the customer’s telephone twisted pairs, which will be determined from measurements taken by ETECSA staff.
Activation of the Nauta Hogar PLUS offer is automatic upon purchase by a family member or friend from the international distributor. The customer will use the same Nauta account associated with the Nauta Hogar service, they had before purchasing the new offer, the executive emphasized.
Interested parties can also visit suenacuba.com, the distributor responsible for marketing the Nauta Hogar PLUS service, to learn about the prices for the different connectivity speeds, which may vary.
