Guantanamo.- Actions are being taken in Guantánamo to contribute to the recovery of the National Electric Power System (SEN) following an unexpected shutdown of Guiteras Thermoelectric Plant at 9:15 a.m. that caused a total disconnection in the country.
Currently, work is underway in several territories to establish microsystems to move forward with restoring the system as quickly as possible.
From the Antonio Guiteras CTE in Matanzas, Mario Sabines Lorenzo, first secretary of the PCC in the territory, informs us that the false signal in the automatic transmission line that caused the plant to shut down has been resolved.
