The activation of the student work brigades and the student´s groups will be resumed for the next summer stage that begins in Guantanamo ,as in the whole country, on June 29th.
Among the novelties designed by the educational sector, the linking of students to productive and sanitation work in the territory centers and communities stands out.
Likewise, during the summer, the students, who attend school centers that will function as recreational and leisure areas, will dedicate days to the repair and maintenance of the basis study material. They will also visit historical sites for the enjoyment and teaching of local history.
As it is already traditional, about a hundred educational institutions of mountainous and urban areas will give the short summer courses, casino wheels and other initiatives planned for July and August months.
More than 80 schools in Cuba’s easternmost province have designed several recreational and cultural activities for the new summer period, which starts on June 29th and is called “Cuba Modo Verano” (Cuba Summer Mode).
