Guantánamo.- The province of Guantánamo hosted the the 7th Infoclub 2025 Scientific Event, sponsored by the leadership of the Youth Computer and Electronics Clubs (JCCE, in Spanish abbrevition).

The meeting brought together delegates from across the country to analyze, present, and share key experiences on topics related to the development of information technologies, digital transformation, robotics, and communications.

Infoclub 2025 was held both in person and virtually, with topics as varied as education, culture, and inclusion of digital content, and cybersecurity and the internet for digital government management.

JCCE employees, businesspeople, entrepreneurs, and academics submitted their research, and the participation of children and young people was also evaluated.

Acto 3

This event was a prelude to the national ceremony marking the 38th anniversary of the Youth Computer and Electronics Clubs, which recognizes this project conceived by Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, to whom this space is dedicated on the day that pays tribute to the centennial of his birth.

The Youth Computer and Electronics Clubs were established on September 8, 1987, with the goal of contributing to the computerization of Cuban society.
