Guantanamo.- The Municipal Administrative Council informs the entire population of the municipality of Guantánamo that, due to the current weather conditions, local transportation is suspended, including in the communities of the second ring road.
The highest local authorities urge the population to take shelter and continue to keep informed through official communication channels and media, and to strictly follow the instructions given by Civil Defense.
