Amid emotions, affection and a well-deserved tribute, the workers of the Radiocuba Guantanamo Division bid farewell to engineer Fermin Lobaina Garcia, who accompanied them for 17 years in his work as the collective leader.
This was acknowledged by the staff during the ceremony of command change, in which Osmani Cereijo Buduen, who until now was the maintenance head of the entity in the territory, took over the position.
For his part, the general director of Empresa Radiocuba in the country, Leonardo Vazquez Figueredo, highlighted the preparation and work of Fermin Lobaina and Osmany Cereijo, and called on the collective to continue the contributions to the process of digital transformation in Cuba.
With the new management of Osmany Cereijo and the accompaniment of Fermin Lobaina Garcia from the company at the national level, Radiocuba workers in Guantanamo will continue their efforts to reduce the areas of silence or weakly served by audiovisual media signals and improve reception, in addition to continuing with other projects to digitize television and local stations.
