Guantanamo.- The Committee for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) No. 4 Américo César Deslis of Zone 7 in the People’s Council of Jamaica hosted the municipal ceremony in Manuel Tames for the 65th anniversary of the country’s largest mass organization.
The highest authorities of the Party, the Government, and the CDRs presided over this emotional political and cultural event, accompanied by other cadres and officials from the territory’s political and social organizations.
In this celebration filled with emotion, music, joy, and revolutionary reaffirmation, it was an opportune moment to recognize the neighborhoods, grassroots organizations, CDR members, and outstanding cadres for their accomplishment of tasks and their participation in neighborhood activities, as part of the emulation for the anniversary.
The traditional caldosa (a stew) and the contagious conga music were also performed and made everbody dancing.
