New teachers will enter the classroom in Guantanamo provinceIn September, 444 teachers graduated from the Jose Maceo Grajales Pedagogical School in the eastern city of Guantanamo, in the specialties of elementary, junior high school, English, Art education, among other subjects, will be teaching in the classrooms of Guantanamo province.

In the ceremony held in the Plaza 24 de Febrero, the work of the teachers who for years contributed to the integral formation and development of skills for future teachers was recognized, as well as the students who participated in the ninth National Meeting of Pedagogical Schools, which managed to keep Guantanamo among the three outstanding provinces of the country.

On the other hand, diplomas were also awarded to the integral students in the specialties of Artistic Education, Early Childhood Educator, Primary, Special Education and English for Primary Education.

With this new labor force Guantanamo ratifies its condition of outstanding province among its peers in the country, in the teachers training, who will not only have the challenge of teaching with the required quality, but also to exalt the ethical values that characterize pedagogues.

The eleventh graduation of the Jose Maceo Grajales Pedagogical School of Guantanamo was dedicated to Jose Ramon Fernandez, former minister of the sector; to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro, to the 71st anniversary of the assaults on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Cespedes Barracks, and to Youth Day.
