Accepting the invitation to take part at the 51st Season of the Ballet of Camagüey, the company Danza Fragmentada, of Guantanamo, will perform in this central Cuban province, from December 4 to 5, with new and renowned pieces from its repertoire.
Entropía, Axioma # 1, Eucarionte and the revival of La Barca and El Puente de Aguilera are some of the works of the Guantanamo troupe, reserved for the stage of the PrincipalTheater of the city of Camagüey, where they will exchange with the hosts and well-known companies as the Ballet Contemporáneo and the Folklórico Camagua Company from the Camagüey Province.
The Danza Fragmentada Company, which celebrates this year in its 25 years of fundation, also pays tribute to the four decades of the career of its director and founder, Ladislao Navarro Tomasén, a teacher nominated in 2018 for the City Plaque, awarded by the Municipal Assembly of the People's Power to institutions or personalities with notable work for the welfare and development of the Guantanamo society.
