Guantanamo University campus and its specialists, also linked to the rest of the Cuban system of higher education, are able to meet the demands of professional development and services needed, reported the principal rector, Doctor of Science Maribel Pérez Santiesteban, in the most recent monthly meeting.
Food production, environmental protection, economy, culture, gender, language training, management science, update on various technical specialties, doctorate degrees, master’s degrees, several courses and various products and services using top-information-technologies and communication are part of the offer, presented by the academics from different areas of the Guantanamo University.
Declaring teaching units to entities of production and services for their participation in the training of human capital is one of the prerogatives of the seven branches of the Guatanamo University, as part of the accreditation process of its products and services with certified quality and improves the training of students enrolled in the 31 careers during their labor practices.
