The director of the Central Medical Collaboration Unit, Jorge Juan Delgado, said that no Cuban collaborator abroad is inffected by the COVID-19 coronavirus.
The official said that they maintaine permanent communication with all the collaborators and there is a daily report of the States where there is collaboration and the pathogen is present as in China, Qatar, Algeria, South Africa and Kuwait.
The manager said that currently the country has more than 28 thousand employees in 61 nations in Africa, Central America, Asia and Oceania where more than half are doctors and the rest are nursing staff and technicians.
