The Cuban Workers' Federation develops health meeting in the ten municipalities of the province, where more than 86,000 Guantanamo workers have already participated, who appreciate the positive aspects of this experience of prevention and control against the new coronavirus.
Useful and timely information is offered by health specialists to members of different labor groups and also to retirees, a fact highlighted today by Nancy Fontané Carcasés, representative of those men and women in the Guantanamo City during the municipal activity that focused on hygiene and sanitary measures and the symptoms of COVID-19.
To date in this eastern territory, more than 2,590 health hearings have been held in the workplace, spaces to clarify the doubts that show that collective participation is always decisive in solving different problems.
In these spaces, security is also transmitted to workers and their families, as the country constantly evaluates the National Plan for the prevention and control of the new COVID-19 virus, declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization.
