These past few days, doctors lending their services in Bolivia and Ecuador have returned to the homeland, leaving behind their patients, families with few resources, but very grateful to those who treated their ailments, living as neighbors in their communities.
After the political, civic and police coup in Bolivia, the first collaborators in the health sector who were radiating humanism and life expectancy to the most needy in that country arrive in Guantanamo.
With the arrival in the early hours of Monday of 207 Cuban health workers who were in Bolivia, there are now 431 professionals who have come back to the island.
