The Página Cero Ebook space for everyone, one of the novelties of the 32snd International Book and Literature Fair in Guantanamo, focused the dialogue on digital literary productions in Cuba, an imperative to respond to publishing advances worldwide alongside the increase in new technologies
Promoted by the literary section and with the participation of students from the Pedagogical School in the territory, the meeting offered an overview of Cuba’s transit along that path, in which the Guantanamo publishing house El Mar y la Montaña is inserted.
Likewise, the digital bookstore created by a team of editors and writers from Matanzas was presented, which offers digital books for free to users.
During the Book Fair, the presentation of the fiction book Trece cuentos para dormir de noche, (Thirteen stories to sleep at night), the collection of poems Mi nombre (My name), and “Nocao”, a selection of the works of six awarded Cuban poets, also stands out, as well as the literary scholarships, which were presented in a bilingual edition in Brazil.
