Guantánamo – The members of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) in the El Salvador Municipality, in Guantanamo celebrated the 64th anniversary of the creation of the largest mass organization in Cuba, on September 28, 1960.

The community of Costa Rica, former batey of the Ermita sugar mill, was the venue for the political-cultural ceremony to celebrate the anniversary, which was headed by Yoel Pérez García, first secretary of the provincial Committee of the Party in the eastern territory.
