Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Friday that Russian President Vladimir Putin was concerned over the shooting since he was informed about in the first minutes of the incident at the Crocus City Hall concert hall.
“In the first minutes of the incident, Putin was informed of the shooting start as he constantly receives information about what is happening and what measures are being taken through all relevant services,” the spokesman specified.
According to the situation, Putin has already given all necessary instructions,” Peskov said.
