Guantánamo – The IV Congreso Polyclinic is one of the two existing in the San Antonio del Sur Municipality that suffered the devastating effects of hurricane, losing 60 percent of the equipment.
Since the beginning of the recovery, its workers had the help of Caimanera Municipality, from where 30 workers arrived and managed to remedy the worst part, and thanks to that they recovered several services, something that was not expected.
It is devastating, since 189 workers in different departments were affected too. Some of them have suffered total damage in their areas, but in the face of adversity a group remained firm to rescue vital services.
