Reinforced control of the banking process in Guantanamo BayGuantanamo.-Idaliena Diaz Casamayor, deputy to the Cuban Parliament and president of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power in Guantanamo, indicated the immediate execution of an action plan to face the difficulties that prevent progress in the implementation of the bancarization process, transversal to the Government’s measures for the revitalization of the economy.

The foregoing was made known during the fifteenth ordinary session of the Government body in the capital city, a territory which advocates reinforcing the monitoring tasks to all forms of economic management, in order to satisfy the demand for cash, without neglecting the priority through the Transfermovil and ENZONA payment gateways, as well as and the acceptance of transfers.

Through the irregularities detected, have been identified self-employed individuals and micro and SME’s who have failed to pay high amounts of pesos to the State budget, and others who do not have their respective fiscal bank accounts enabled or without operations, reasons for which they were fined and with temporary cessation or definitive withdrawal of the license.
