Guantánamo – The Association of Innovators and Rationalizers in Guantánamo began training activities for the leaders of the existing grassroots structures in the entities in order to successfully develop the assembly process scheduled for January.
Yanisleidis Acosta Navarro, provincial president of ANIR, recognizes the role of this preparation as part of the organic process of the Third Conference of the association, whose national call was held on October 8.
She pointed out that as part of this work schedule, the seminar held with directors from different sectors and union leaders also stands out, actions that together will result in strengthening the work of the 534 Committees of Innovators and Rationalizers present in the Guantanamo labor collectives.
The top ANIR leader in this eastern territory expresses her confidence in the successful development of the training and then the assemblies, which will evaluate the performance of a decisive force in the centers for its contribution to the vitality of production and services.
This year, the ANIR members in the province contributed more than 40 thousand pesos to date in savings, and for that performance, some 15 groups and 58 Guantanamo residents are recognized with to the “8 de Octubre” Distinction, the highest award that ANIR grants in the country.
