Guantanamo.- Multiple cultural activities are planned in anticipation of the 514th anniversary of the founding of the first of the Cuban villages. For the occasion, the traditional Water Festival was announced, beginning on August 11th and extending through the 15th of the same month.
For this reason, the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power, the Administrative Council, and the Directorate of Culture evaluated the planned activities with the aim of achieving a greater impact leaving a lasting impression on Baracoa people and guests attending the celebration.
The meeting, which took place at the municipal government headquarters, discussed topics related to the activities, staging, and budget.
