Guantanamo.- The XXXII National Festival of Artisanal Wines began with the National Tasting-Wine Workshop, held at the Bayatiquirí Complex in Guantánamo, as part of the Guantanamo Culture Week, which takes place until February 24 in this city.
The event for winemakers brought together experts and producers to discuss key aspects of the wine, such as the color, aroma and flavor of the wines, with a view to raising the quality of the evaluations in the national competition.
For the first time, Guantánamo hosts a meeting of this type, in recognition of its progress in wine production and the growth in the number of producers.
Its main activities also include an interactive fair, sales exposition, presentation of new products, popular tasting-wine and business meetings.
