Fabien Roussel, National Secretary of the Communist Party of France (PCF), rejected that less than 24 hours after taking office on January 20, US President Donald Trump decided to mock international law and demonstrate his imperialist domination.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Trump signed several measures, including Cuba\u2019s return to that list without international protection, which his predecessor, Joe Biden, had removed only a few days before leaving office.<\/p>\n

In a press release, Roussel warned that it is a shameful list and an expected action, as the first capitalist country of the world does not accept that a people resist subjugation and defend its sovereignty and the Revolution\u2019s achievements.<\/p>\n

The PCF leader urged the French government to take all necessary steps to prevent the application of the extraterritoriality of the US blockade against Cuba and the consequences of its reinstatement in that unilateral mechanism.<\/p>\n

Organizations such as the Cuba Si France Solidarity Association, the France Cuba Association, the Cuba Linda Solidarity Association, and the Cuba Cooperation France Association (CubaCoop) reacted to Trump\u2019s decision with statements of rejection and demands for the immediate lifting of the US blockade.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
