It brought together journalists, artists, and specialists to showcase some of their most impactful work and artistic creation.<\/p>\n<p>More than twenty works were evaluated, which included different journalistic genres<strong>, <\/strong>such as interviews, reports, chronicles, commentaries, podcasts, and testimonies that highlight the work of Guantanamo residents in diverse sectors, as well as the experiences following the impact of Hurricane Oscar in the eastern municipalities.<\/p>\n<p>These events were also reported in the special coverage provided by the provincial radio station&#8217;s digital editorial team and on its social media channels.<\/p>\n<p>The CMKS Radio Festival also admitted in the contest radio programs such as &#8220;Cerrando el cerco,&#8221; which discusses current issues; &#8220;Con acento propio,&#8221; aimed at adolescents and young people; the drama &#8220;Entre t\u00fa y yo,&#8221; which explores the fundamental unit of the family; and the musical &#8220;Recuerdos del Ayer,&#8221; in addition to propaganda.<\/p>\n<p>Special themes are also presented in the competition such as the dissemination and study of Mart\u00ed&#8217;s thought, with the program &#8220;Encuentro con el Maestro,&#8221; in addition to &#8220;Reliquias,&#8221; dedicated to preserving the radio&#8217;s audio heritage.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FRadioGuantanamo%2Fposts%2Fpfbid02ZKu5DP8bLVhW78HHEWKyiVNAMiD17u4WTUzehC9DHoVQ6GPxdojPGwfXH1cdJHGdl&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"640\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The jury responsible for evaluating the different works is made up of journalists Xiomara Grave de Peralta S\u00e1nchez, who is the president of the jury, and Yaqueline De la Rosa Hermida; the radio operator and sound producer Alberto Bar\u00f3 Gonz\u00e1lez; the specialist Danubis Usatorres Bess; the advisor Eddy Odalis Gonz\u00e1lez Fern\u00e1ndez; and the announcer Viv\u00edan Vel\u00e1zquez.<\/p>\n<p>The CMKS Radio Festival concludes on March 12<sup>th<\/sup>. In the afternoon radio show &#8220;Confecci\u00f3nelo,&#8221; starting at 2:00 p.m interacts with listeners&#8217; club. An hour later, the winning entries will be awarded at the CMKS Radio Station&#8217;s theater.
