\"\"Guant\u00e1namo.- The Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed Park hosted the ceremony commemorating Provincial Monuments Day in Guant\u00e1namo on October 9th. During this ceremony, researcher Jos\u00e9 Cuenca Sosa spoke about the importance of preserving these recognized and popular cultural heritage sites.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by pioneers from local educational centers and workers from the Provincial Cultural Heritage Center in Guant\u00e1namo. It was also a moment for recognizing for the work of the Ministry of National Development (MININT), the Provincial Fire Department, and the City Historian, Jos\u00e9 S\u00e1nchez Guerra. The ceremony was attended by Yanisleidis Blanco G\u00f3mez, Municipal Director of Culture in the Guant\u00e1namo Municipality.<\/p>\n

This commemoration also became a space for evocation and homage to National Hero Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, held in the park that bears his name with the laying of a wreath, as well as to the Heroic Guerrilla Ernesto Guevara on the 58th anniversary of his death.<\/p>\n

Guantanamo singer-songwriter Josu\u00e9 Oliva Matos and reciter \u00c1ngel Boffil distinguished this commemorative ceremony with their melodies and poetic performances, which was hosted by art instructor Gustavo S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
