\"\"Guant\u00e1namo.- The 2025 Provincial Community Culture Award represents a significant incentive for Guant\u00e1namo society, promoting sociocultural projects, personalities, and groups whose daily work strengthens the identity and community development in the territory.<\/p>\n

The awards given by the Provincial Center of Cultural Centers in the province, recognized the historian Luis Figueras P\u00e9rez in the personality category, as well as in the group and institution categories, which went to the Son del Barrio group from Yateras and the Lakou Lwa project that keeps the Haitian traditions in Guantanamo.<\/p>\n

This award also encourages the creation of innovative initiatives, strengthens citizen collaboration and participation, and enriches the cultural, social, and economic life of Guant\u00e1namo, thus contributing to the general well-being of its inhabitants and the preservation of its cultural heritage.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
