B\u0155uno Rodr\u00edguez Parrilla, Cuba\u2019s Minister of Foreign Affairs, denounced on social media that the mini-summit convened by the United States in Florida with reactionary governments of the region sought to impose \u201ca new version of domination through the Monroe Doctrine and its Corollaries.\u201d<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"standard-content\">\n<div class=\"standard-main-content entry-content\">\n<div class=\"post-entry standard-post-entry classic-post-entry blockquote-style-1 \">\n<p>The Cuban foreign minister stated that \u201cthe only publicly announced outcome is the signing by the attendees of a servile and dishonorable document that advocates the use of military force, particularly that of the United States, as a repressive weapon against criminal cartels in each country and to quell internal and border problems.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bruno Rodr\u00edguez considered it \u201ca clear and dangerous setback in the long and difficult independence process of the Latin American and Caribbean peoples.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The top Cuban diplomat stated that the meeting \u201crepresents a grave threat to peace, security, stability, and regional integrity, and a blatant violation of the Proclamation of Latin America and the Caribbean as a Zone of Peace.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guant\u00e1nano. &#8211;
