{"id":15375,"date":"2026-03-08T09:03:36","date_gmt":"2026-03-08T13:03:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.radioguantanamo.icrt.cu\/english\/?p=15375"},"modified":"2026-03-08T09:03:36","modified_gmt":"2026-03-08T13:03:36","slug":"the-network-of-popular-educators-of-the-el-salvador-municipality-discussed-its-work-plan-for-2026-at-its-annual-assembly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.radioguantanamo.icrt.cu\/english\/the-network-of-popular-educators-of-the-el-salvador-municipality-discussed-its-work-plan-for-2026-at-its-annual-assembly\/","title":{"rendered":"The Network of Popular Educators of the El Salvador Municipality Discussed its Work Plan for 2026 at its Annual Assembly."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15376\" src=\"https:\/\/www.radioguantanamo.icrt.cu\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260307-WA0010.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1020\" height=\"765\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.radioguantanamo.icrt.cu\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260307-WA0010.jpg 1020w, https:\/\/www.radioguantanamo.icrt.cu\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260307-WA0010-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.radioguantanamo.icrt.cu\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260307-WA0010-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/>Guantanamo.- With the presence of Magda Amara Lashley Olivares, a member of the Support Team for the Eastern Region of the Martin Luther King Center, and the participation of young people from Adolecer, the Network of Popular Educators of the El Salvador Municipality held its annual planning assembly.<\/p>\n<p>This meeting was dedicated to outlining the roadmap that will guide their work in the community during the current year.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting, which took place at the Municipal House of Culture, allowed attendees to evaluate the experiences of the previous year and plan new actions coordinated by the network&#8217;s three core teams: Communication, Support, and Training.<\/p>\n<p>The Communication team defined the production of audiovisual and audio materials that showcase the educational experiences taking place in the community as a central focus.<\/p>\n<p>The goals for this year are aimed at a report on the Network&#8217;s tenth anniversary, an article on the Liberation of Soledad, and material on the Kite Festival, as well as promoting the Network&#8217;s activities. \u201cWe want our communication tools not only to inform, but also to educate and mobilize.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s why we are committed to inclusive and accessible language that reflects the diversity of our communities,\u201d said Yarisleydis Bosch Santana, a team member.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Support team will focus its efforts on building a children&#8217;s playhouse in the rural community of Guayac\u00e1n, repairing the bridge that provides access to the town, and creating the &#8220;Las Guayacanas&#8221; Cooperative with eleven electric tricycles driven by women.<\/p>\n<p>The Training team announced four activities, including the Network&#8217;s anniversary celebration, a Popular Women Workshop, an Ecological Workshop: Resilient Gardens, and the experiences of the &#8220;Flight of Butterflies&#8221; Workshop in the rural community of Guayac\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>The Assembly concluded with the approval of an activity schedule and a commitment to hold regular follow-up meetings among the teams.<\/p>\n<p>The Network of Popular Educators of the municipality of El Salvador thus reaffirmed its commitment to a critical, liberating education rooted in the needs of the people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guantanamo.- With the presence of Magda Amara Lashley Olivares, a member of the Support Team for the Eastern Region of the Martin Luther King Center, and the participation of young people from Adolecer, the Network of Popular Educators of the El Salvador Municipality held its annual planning assembly.
