The forum noted that they have the historical responsibility of taking advantage of this second opportunity to have a majority of governments integrated by progressive political forces and social movements in Latin America and the Caribbean.<\/p>\n<p>It called to overcome differences and to build \u201cthe broadest unity in the diversity of parties, social and popular movements and progressive and leftist intellectuals within each organization, country and the continent.
