In that context, this academic course must assess the priorities established to make it sustainable across the year, Education Minister Naima Trujillo said.<\/p>\n<p>Trujillo also emphasized on the importance of education as a pillar for Cuba\u2019s progress, the building of an integral humanistic general culture and a model of a person distinguished by knowledge and values, not by possessing goods.<\/p>\n<p>This 2023-2024 educational course will also have the peculiarity that its calendar will include two calls for university admissions examinations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cuban children, adolescents, and young people are returning to classrooms on Monday to start the 2023-2024 school year, the first after the Covid-19 pandemic that will last 46 weeks.
