\"\"The Guantanamo branch of the Cuban Historians Association (UNHIC) sponsors the scientific-methodological event \u201cDe La Confianza a San Pedro\u201d (From La Confianza to San Pedro), which takes place within the framework of the Guantanamo Culture Week.<\/p>\n

The UNHIC headquarters in this city is the venue for the 29th<\/sup> issue of the event in which historians, professors, journalists and other professionals participate with around twenty presentations on several aspects of local cultural and historical identity, as well as socio-political issues.<\/p>\n

As part of the event, the exhibition dedicated to the 129th anniversary of the restart of the War of Independence on February 24, 1895 was also inaugurated and a discussion on the Canarian migration in Guantanamo and its culinary tradition \u00a0was held, among other activities.\u200b<\/p>\n
