\"\"The Guantanamo team takes part in the fourth edition of the National Baseball5 Tournament underway until Saturday at the Coliseo de la Ciudad Deportiva, in Havana, where they will seek to maintain or improve the second place of the previous event.<\/p>\n

The first two dates of the competition left a positive balance over Artemisa (8-3 and 9-3) and Camag\u00fcey (14-0 and 2-1) to occupy, with six points, the top of the standings.<\/p>\n

On the second competitive day of the tournament, the Cuban easternmost team remained undefeated, by winning 13-3 and 6-1 against Sancti Sp\u00edritus, in addition to victories of 7-3 and 1-0 against Santiago de Cuba.<\/p>\n

The teams from the capital, Artemisa, Sancti Sp\u00edritus, Camag\u00fcey and Santiago de Cuba also participate in the National Baseball Tournament, in which they will play each other under the system of all against all in a round, in the mixed modality, which favors gender balance, since the teams include eight players (four females and four males).<\/p>\n

The Warriors team is made up of the 2022 Mexico City world champion Chakira Aspiaz\u00fa Mart\u00ednez, the youth world champion of Ankara 2023 Yoel David Fr\u00f3meta, Yiliena Otamendez, Mario Sergio Rodr\u00edguez, Jean Carlos Correoso, Gean Carlos Terrero, Zailin Crespo and Tania Gonz\u00e1lez Mustelier. All under the technical direction of the Coach Liorvis Sav\u00f3n Matos and the physical preparation of Carlos Ernesto Preval P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n
