The portal published a material titled \u201cOther opposition plans in Venezuela revealed\u201d based on \u201creliable sources\u201d, according to which Colombian paramilitaries and groups of deserters from the Venezuelan armed forces plan to infiltrate the territory of the Bolivarian Republic along the border with Colombia; it also denounced the increase in the presence of said elements on the common border, especially in the state of T\u00e1chira, southwest of the country, where they await orders to infiltrate Venezuela.<\/p>\n

The portal warned of the presence of paramilitary groups \u201cin La Guajira, in the states of Carabobo, Trujillo, M\u00e9rida, Bol\u00edvar, in Barlovento-Miranda, in San Juan de las Galdonas in the state of Sucre, and on the border of the state of Apure with Colombia\u201d, and reported on the existence of disaffected soldiers and radical groups linked to disqualified opposition member Mar\u00eda Corina Machado and her Vente Venezuela party, who are planning a \u201cmilitary uprising\u201d in Barinas using the symbolism of the state in their favor.<\/p>\n

The source indicated that \u201cthey possess assault rifles and military uniforms\u201d and 60 of them \u201ccome from the militia and were stolen from the comprehensive defense area 221 (ADI-221) in the town of El Vig\u00eda, M\u00e9rida state (southwest of the country).\u201d According to the note, the purpose of using uniforms is to \u201caffect the combative morale of the militiamen, a body that they identify as committed\u201d to the Bolivarian Revolution.<\/p>\n

The report indicated that on July 28th, in the Colombian town known as Taganga, uniforms and tactical equipment were delivered to begin infiltration actions. It revealed that paramilitary groups formed by deserters from the Venezuelan armed forces and Colombian paramilitaries are forging plans of assassination against the presidential family of Venezuela.<\/p>\n

Among the groups\u2019 targets are also the president of the National Assembly Jorge Rodr\u00edguez; the executive vice president Delcy Rodr\u00edguez; the governor of the state of T\u00e1chira, Freddy Bernal; the president of the National Electoral Council Elvis Amoroso; the attorney general Tarek William Saab; and the colonel of the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence Alexander Granko Arteaga.<\/p>\n

The website indicated that Operation Freedom was formulated by the opposition leader Machado who proposed a plan to \u201csteal two fighter planes from the Bolivarian Military Aviation,\u201d which would be used to carry out attacks on Venezuelan State institutions.<\/p>\n

President Nicol\u00e1s Maduro declared yesterday before the press that Venezuela is facing the \u201cmost criminal and dirty conspiracy ever seen\u201d and blamed for this the president of Argentina, Javier Milei, and El Salvador, Nayib Bukele; the Spanish party Vox; the tycoon Elon Musk; and \u201cColombia\u2019s murderous drug traffickers \u00c1lvaro Uribe and Iv\u00e1n Duque\u201d, who are \u201ccoming for the crown jewel\u201d, which is Venezuela, and are behind this operation.<\/p>\n
