In that territory, he also supervised the work carried out in the construction of the offices of the Base Business Unit of Aqueducts and Sewerage, the celanning of drainpipes as well as the suppression of leaks, which will undoubtedly result in a better service to the population.

The INRHI in Guantánamo implements a large investment program to mitigate the negative impact of the drought and to guarantee the water supply service to the population, a project that, in addition to government support in the location of resources, goes hand in hand with the elimination of leaks and the conscious action of people in saving the vital liquid, essential for the quality of life.][/bg_collapse]
