Guantánamo.- During a vitality meeting in Guantánamo on June 18th, key topics such as retiree payments, water supply and treatment, and the repair of electrical transformers were discussed. This meeting was attended by prominent political and governmental leaders from the region, emphasizing the importance of these services to the community.

On the 19th anniversary of Vilma Espín Guillois’s passing, the municipality of El Salvador commemorated her legacy with an intergenerational gathering titled “Vilma Lives On.”

This event united political figures and community members, fostering a dialogue that celebrated the significant impact of the Heroine of the Republic of Cuba.
