Guantánamo.- John Carlos Ayarde graduated as a classical musician from the former Regino Eladio Boti Art School in Guantanamo. Although he currently lives in London, where he also develops his professional career, he confesses that nothing compares to playing Cuban music in his homeland.
This is what he confessed to Dayla Pérez in a interview for Radio Guantanamo after his performance in Bolerando, a musical gathering hosted by local signer Paula Villalón, where he was in charge of the leading sound in most of melodies from the traditional trova, bolero and feeling genres.
