Guantánamo – The Carlos Ulloa Arauz primary school, located in the community Glorieta, in the Caimanera Municipality, is the venue for the provincial event for the start of the school year in Guantánamo, with the attendance of the main cadres of the Cuban Communist Party (PCC), the Government, and the general management of the educational sector.
The new school period begins on September 2 in the coastal territory with an enrollment of 2,263 students from different teaching levels, 16 educational institutions, and 497 teachers.
Ibrahim Moraga Pavó, director general of education in Caimanera, confirmed that the necessary materials and notebooks are available, which include adult education and language school.
In the case of the books for the third educational improvement, they will be received gradually according to the distribution of the country.
