This Sunday,The historic Mariana Grajales Square in Guantánamo City was the scene of the official ceremony for the
handing over of the flag to the provincial delegation that will participate in the XII(twelfth) Congress of the Young Communist League (UJC by its Spanish acronym), scheduled from April the 2nd to April the 4th in Havana.
Yoel Pérez García, First Secretary of the Provincial Committee in this territory, handed the flag to Idrialis González Turcás, maximum representative of the UJC as a symbol of trust and support placed in the 26 local participants in the event.

On behalf of the young people present, Alexei Palacio, vice-president of the University Students Federation (FEU by its Spanish name) at Guantanamo University, confirm the new generations commitment with their environment and local development as well as the historical responsibility of defending the revolution.
