Guantanamo.- The educators of the municipalities Caimanera, Niceto Pérez and Manuel Tames carry out the preparatory meetings for the new 2024-2025 school year, spaces that bring together for three days the main cadres, methodologists, specialists and provincial directors of the educational sector of the Cuban Upper East with the objectives of projecting priorities that guarantee quality in the educational teaching process of the different educational levels.
In these meetings, teachers reflect on the important use of science, innovation and new technologies, as a support for methodological work and training, and its impact on the quality of the educational teaching process.
Other topics during the development of the seminars for the new school year also include the need to continue raising the quality of schoolchildren’s learning process, the formation of values, as well as the continuous improvement of the general education system, human resources and of learning the English language, among other topics to discuss.
After the training of school principals and methodologists of the different teaching levels of the ten municipalities, it is then planned in the month of July to train the classroom teachers, as well as computer science teachers, physical education teachers, arts instructors, librarians, pedagogical assistants.
