The call for May Day was launched this Sunday from the Chapala productive pole, in El Salvador Municipality, by Juana Eglis Fernández Louit, general secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Cuban Workers Federation (CTC by its Spanish name) in Guantánamo, under the slogan (Together We Create For Cuba).
The ceremony was held at the Mariana Grajales Credit and Services Cooperative (CCS by its Spanish acronym), where the CTC and its members in the Cuban Upper East called for the organization of colorful rallies in squares, towns and workplaces as a reflection of the people´s unity, on the occasion of the celebrations for the International Workers’ Day.
