Guantanamo.- The 11th Maceísta Radio Stations Symposium will take place in Guantánamo from October 20 to 22.

The Maceísta Radio Stations Network was established in 2015 at Radio Titán in Santiago de Cuba. It brings together Cuban radio stations committed to exchanging experiences, as well as researching, producing, and disseminating programs and materials focused on the historical legacy of the Maceo-Grajales family.

The network currently comprises 30 Cuban radio stations: 11 in Santiago de Cuba, five in Camagüey, three in Granma, and two in Guantánamo—Radio Trinchera Antimperialista and La Voz del Toa. It also includes Radio Taíno and Radio Musical Nacional, along with stations from Artemisa, Mayabeque, Matanzas, Ciego de Ávila, Havana, Sancti Spíritus, and Villa Clara, which have formally joined the network.

The symposium seeks to enrich the historical programming of Cuban radio stations through rigor and creativity.

It serves as a high-level scientific and professional forum that brings together radio professionals, historians, researchers, artists, and students each year. Its purpose is to promote research and the creation of radio content on Cuban history, with particular emphasis on the Maceo-Grajales family.

During the 11th edition, 26 works will compete in various categories. The results will be announced on October 22 at a gala event in Baracoa.

For the audience’s information, the *Señal* magazine and *Confecciónelo* programs on CMKS present a summary of the works competing in this year’s symposium.
