Guantánamo – Projections for work this year in the Manuel Tames Municipality include the completion of the Children’s House of the Coffee Enterprise, which will have the capacity for 20 children and will be located in the La Tagua settlement for the benefit of working mothers in that important sector of the economy.
In this way, before the end of 2024, there will be three institutions of this type available in that town as a variant of educational care for early childhood, which takes on special significance because there is only one Children’s Day Care Center there.
For next year 2025, it is planned to open another Children’s House in the Manuel Tames town, in response to the demands of the Public Health sector and the possibility of incorporating another center of this type in the Honduras town, is being evaluated to favor the incorporation into employment of a greater number of women in a demarcation where its main strength is the agricultural sector.
