One hundred Guantanamo teachers accomplish an educational mission in countries of Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, as part of the International Collaboration Program, promoted by the eternal leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro Ruz, the driver of this wonderful reference for the history of the humanity.
With the start of the 2019-2020 school year, the Music School Antonia Luisa Cabal and the Dancing School Alfredo Velázquez Carcasés in the Guantanamo province welcomed more than 390 students in the different specialties, as reported by Diego Bosch Ferrer, deputy director of Artistic Education in the territory.

The 774 Guantanamo schools were called to implement safety measures within the opening of the school year, aimed at preventing the transmission of digestive and viral diseases in students and workers in the educational sector.
