The conditioning of the Mariana Grajales Plaza and its stand involves the arduous work of men and women from different spheres of society on the occasion of the commemoration of the International Workers’ Day.

The assembly and beautification of the emblematic stand is carried out by the workers from the Propaganda and Events Unit, together with community service workers, the INDER, the florist, and other entities who prepare the audio system, flags, banners, paintings and other actions, conceived for the traditional proletarian festival.

The tasks also involve the members of the Committee for the Defense of Revolution (CDR) and the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC), among other segments of society aware of the need to guaranteeing festivity that support the social process and commitment to the country.

Thousands of workers will parade through this famous place with the “For Cuba together we create” with great motivations and ready to reaffirm their commitment to the Cuban Revolution.
