Children Day Care CenterThe Cuban easternmost province joins the celebrations for the 62 years of the founding of day care centers, essential for Cuban women and families where early childhood children are comprehensively educated.

Singing Songs, performances of children’s theater plays, creating drawings and a lot of fun spread around Los Pinos Nuevos Day Care Center –located in the Guantanamo City– where they pay tribute to Heroine Vilma Espín Guillois, who as leader of the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC) promoted the creation of children’s day care centers in 1961, together with the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz.

Canciones, representaciones de obras infantiles, dibujos y mucha alegría se respira en Los Pinos Nuevos –ubicado en la ciudad de Guantánamo– donde también se le rinde homenaje a Vilma Espín Guillois, quien al frente de la Federación de Mujeres Cubanas (FMC) impulsó la creación de los círculos infantiles en 1961, junto al líder histórico de la Revolución cubana, Fidel Castro Ruz.
